1. Buying Online
Select a ready made case or choose your own wines in multiples of 12 bottles.

Using our secure server simply click to add products to your shopping basket and state the quantity of each you wish to buy.
The total will be calculated automatically.

Orders must be in multiples of 12 bottles; an order including half bottles must include multiples of 2 half bottles.

Provide all payment details as requested on the order page.

Confirmation of your order will be emailed to you once it is processed this will be within 24 hours of receipt of the order or on the next working day following order placement. At this point the total cost of your order and any substitutions will be highlighted giving you the option to make any further changes if required.

2. Buying by email 
Complete the order page and include all payment details as requested and then email orders@flagshipwines.co.uk. Any queries you may have can also be sent to us by email.

3. By phone 
Call the number below during office hours and we will take your order and be able to answer any queries you may have and provide advice as required.
If you phone outside office hours you may leave a message (remember to include your name and contact details such as phone number and email address) and we will call you back when the office is open again.

4. By fax 
Print a copy of your complete order together with payment details and fax to us on

5. By post 
Print a copy of your complete order and payment details; if you wish to pay by cheque send a cheque for the full amount including delivery charge where applicable and send to the address below together with your order .
Your order will be sent to you once your cheque has cleared.
Cheques should be made payable to Flagship Wines Limited.
